Machinery and Equipment Insights
We have developed in-house capabilities for creating precision cooling lines using Gun Drill machining. This method provides smoother finishes compared to traditional radial drill machines. The result is improved performance and longevity for our moulds.
In our operations, we utilise high-precision Jig Boring Machines for crafting Guide Pin and Guide Bush Holes, which, compared to conventional Vertical Machining Centres, significantly elevates the positional accuracy of these critical components, ensuring seamless alignment
with other machined features
