Our standard mould bases are produced according to customer data and our internal standards. Additionally, we can manufacture
them to comply with any other industry standard, given the necessary data provided by the customer.
These mould base are complete machined mould bases as per manufacturing data and specifications provided by the Customer. Our technology department is equipped to study the requirements and provide the suggestions before taking for machining of the mould base for effective mould functioning.
A Mould Base with basic plates finished ground with standard operation containing kit of standard parts and ready for special machining on Core & Cavity plates. This helps customers to buy these mould bases on quicker delivery periods and carry out the other operations in-house and deliver the Mould to their Customers. It is very effective in cutting down the delivery period & cost of a mould.
The standard mould bases are very handy for the customers who have a similar or repeat products. They can buy the readymade mould base and can do the machining at their workshop. This helps them to compete the product at a very fast pace. They need not to wait for the mould base cycle time. These mould bases are more suitable for relatively smaller products requiring less machining.Standrad mould bases also are cost effective as wear and replacement cost is low. The customer can change only the parts which are worn out.
